We believe in straightforward, honest business relationships. Before you pay anything, we build and show you a complete demo storefront of your shop. You only subscribe when you are completely satisfied.

1. Monthly Plans: Easy Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions are designed for total flexibility with no long-term lock-in:

  • You may cancel your monthly plan at any time by messaging our support team on WhatsApp.
  • Your website remains live and fully operational until the conclusion of your current paid monthly cycle.
  • Monthly subscription charges already incurred for active periods are non-refundable.

2. Yearly Plans: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every yearly plan includes our honest 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason during the first 30 days of your annual subscription, send a message to our WhatsApp support team requesting a refund.
  • We will process your full annual fee refund back to your original payment method or designated UPI ID within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Domain Registration Note: If a custom domain (e.g. .in or .com) was registered on your behalf under the free yearly domain offer, the actual registrar cost incurred (typically Rs 600 - Rs 900) will be deducted from the refund amount. You retain full ownership and transfer control of the registered domain.

3. Yearly Plans: Midway Cancellation (After 30 Days)

After the initial 30-day window has passed, yearly plan fees are non-refundable. Your website will remain online and actively hosted until the end of your 12-month paid term, and we will not renew or charge your account thereafter.

4. One-Time Setup Fees

Any one-time setup fees cover custom graphic work, catalog formatting, and server provisioning, and are non-refundable once your completed website has been delivered and approved.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, simply send a message on WhatsApp to our official number with your business name and registered phone number. Our team will acknowledge and resolve your request within 24 hours.
