These Terms of Service govern your use of the website design, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services provided by Dukan365 (https://dukan365.in). By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

Dukan365 provides managed website development, cloud hosting, SSL certificates, catalog setup, and maintenance services for small businesses and brands. We deliver your demo storefront within 48 hours of receiving your business photos, menu/catalog, and price list.

2. Plans, Billing & Pricing

Subscriptions are offered on convenient monthly and discounted yearly cycles, starting from Rs 799/month.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed on a recurring month-to-month basis. You may discontinue the service at any time by notifying us on WhatsApp.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: Billed once for 12 months with 2 months free and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

3. Customer Content & Ownership

You warrant that all photos, trade names, logos, and descriptions supplied by you do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. You retain full ownership of all business materials, products, and customer records.

4. Domain Names & Hosting

On eligible yearly plans with a free first-year .in domain, the domain is registered on your behalf and remains your rightful asset. If you bring your own domain, we provide DNS connection assistance at no extra cost.

5. Customer Payments & E-commerce Operations

Customer payments received via UPI QR codes, UPI links, or integrated payment gateways flow directly into your own bank account. Dukan365 does not process, intermediate, or withhold any consumer purchase funds.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our web development or hosting services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to the sale of counterfeit goods, unauthorized pharmaceutical products, gambling, defamatory content, or any activity prohibited under Indian law.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Dukan365 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime or network disruptions outside our direct control. These terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
